The New York Jets have a lot of thinking to do during the 2025 offseason. They expected to be major competitors in the AFC, and to end the NFL's longest playoff drought, which started in 2010. After all, this was finally the year where Aaron Rodgers would be healthy to play for them.
However, the season quickly unraveled and things took a turn for the worse. After a 2-1 start, their problems mounted. Head coach Robert Saleh was fired after Week 5, general manager Joe Douglas was fired shortly after, and the year was finished before December, amidst a lot of turmoil.
