Justin Thomas didn’t have the best of seasons in 2024. The 31-year-old managed only six top-10 finishes with no wins in 21 starts on the PGA Tour. Despite this, the ace golfer’s confidence remains unshaken as he claimed he could still replicate the success of Scottie Scheffler.
Thomas said he ‘believes’ he can have a ‘Scottie Scheffler type of year’ in 2025. For the unversed, Scheffler had one of the most successful years in golf history in 2024 as he recorded seven wins in 20 starts, including the Masters. The two-time PGA Championship winner admitted to ‘understand it's not realistic in the percentages and the likeliness of it.’
However, the golfer went on to double down on his statement and said he has a ‘lot of faith and capability’ in his game. He stated that he was ‘working on the right things’ to improve his game.
