The Houston Rockets and Miami Heat starred in more than a tough and close game on Sunday night.
Tyler Herro and Amen Thompson stole all the headlines after getting into a scuffle. They were both talking smack, and it ended with Herro being thrown to the ground.
Unsurprisingly, it didn't take long before Rockets legend Vernon Maxwell, who was known for his fiery temper, took to social media to voice his support for this. He went as far as offering to pay his fine:
"I love me some Amen Thompson. Put his fine on my tab Rockets. And I’ll take care of anyone else’s fine that stands up for their Rockets teammates," the former Rockets player posted.
