The Tour Championship is reportedly switching formats to a medal match play this year. However, Adam Scott is admittedly unsure of how that would fit in.
The Tour Championship is the season-ending event of the PGA Tour calendar. Since 2019, the tournament has been employing a staggered start format. That might change this year if the medal match play format is adopted as reports have been suggesting.
As stroke play has been the popular format in most events, this change would mean that the finale event will stand different to the rest of the tournaments throughout the season. Adam Scott is skeptical about how that would work.
