Al-Nassr will host Al-Okhdood at Al-Awwal Park on Thursday in another round of the 2024-25 Saudi Professional League campaign. The home side have endured a disappointing start to the year and have fallen significantly behind in the race for the Saudi Pro League title as they sit fourth in the table with 25 points from 13 matches.
They were beaten 2-1 by league leaders Al-Ittihad in their last match and had looked set to be headed toward a point after Cristiano Ronaldo canceled out Karim Benzema's opener before Ittihad reclaimed their lead in additional time.
Al-Okhdood have had their struggles this season but remain hopeful of once again beating the drop. They kicked off 2025 on a positive note as they beat fellow strugglers Al-Wehda 3-2 on the road featuring first-half goals from Christian Bassogog and Almeria loanee Ibrahima Kone.
