Bronny James received playing time during the Lakers' 119-102 win over the Atlanta Hawks at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Friday. With the Purple and Gold comfortably in control in the final two minutes, coach JJ Redick gave the rookie his opportunity, sending him into the game.
As has been the case throughout this season, Bronny's playing time has primarily come during garbage time, with the game's outcome already decided.
LeBron James' son entered the game with less than two minutes remaining, drawing an enthusiastic response from the crowd as they rose to their feet when he approached the scorer's table.
In his brief stint, the former USC guard attempted one shot but was unable to convert. Despite not scoring, Bronny made his mark on the stat sheet by recording an assist during his 1:41 on the court.
