Charles Leclerc reflected on his 2024 F1 season the FIA awards gala. The Monegasque felt that even though there were some high points during the season, the final result was not satisfactory. He also made his intentions clear for next season which is to compete for both the drivers' championship and the constructors' championship.
The Ferrari driver also went on to comment about his team's battle with McLaren, congratulating the Papayas on what was a fight that lasted until the very last race. The Monaco GP winner also congratulated the Dutchman Max Verstappen on his win in the drivers' championship. Leclerc finished third in the standings, just behind McLaren driver Lando Norris.
Speaking at the FIA awards gala, Charles Leclerc said (via RacingNews365):
"All in all, there were a lot of positive moments in the season, but second or third is not what we want, we want to win,"
