Eddie Jordan, former team boss of legend Michael Schumacher, has lashed out at the FIA over chaotic decisions during the Qatar Grand Prix 2024. In his podcast with David Coulthard, the ex-team owner said that Mohammed Ben Sulayem needs to take stock of the FIA's work ethics and ensure transparency and consistency.

The Qatar Grand Prix turned out to be an eventful race in the second half after a broken mirror was left to wander in the middle of the track for multiple laps. It was only after Lewis Hamilton and Carlos Sainz sustained damage that FIA stewards deployed a safety car.

In yet another controversial decision, Lando Norris, fighting for McLaren's constructors championship, was given a ten-second stop-and-go penalty for failing to slow down under a yellow flag.
