Former PGA Tour winner Smylie Kaufman suggested Luke Clanton be invited to the Masters in 2025. The 21-year-old American amateur golfer made headlines last season for his remarkable performance. He played in a couple of PGA Tour events in 2024 on sponsor exemptions and recorded remarkable finishes.
Recently, Nicolai Hojgaard and Joaquin Niemann received Masters invitations. Smylie Kaufman reshared the post of the Masters invitees on his X (formerly Twitter) account, suggesting Luke Clanton to be the next to receive an invitation for the Major. He wrote:
