LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman's son, Greg Norman Jr. had recently proposed to play against golf legend Tiger Woods and son Charlie in the upcoming PNC Championship. Now the entrepreneur has offered to bet 1 bitcoin with the amount going to a charity of winner's choice.
Although the PNC Championship is technically not a part of the competitive calendar of the PGA Tour, ever since the inception of LIV Golf in 2022, all defectors have been banned from taking part in the event. Players must have at least one major title to their name to be eligibile to take part in the event.
Norman Jr. recently took to X to reshare the news of his proposal to Woods and Charlie to further raise the stakes. He wrote:
