Only one week remains in the 2024 NFL regular season, but the MVP race is still too close to call. Buffalo Bills superstar Josh Allen and reigning MVP Lamar Jackson of the Baltimore Ravens are the frontrunners to take home the coveted prize. However, neither has emerged as the favorite and most voters are still split between the two.

But Chris Broussard believes they shouldn't. The analyst believes that Allen deserves to be named the MVP. On Fox Sports First Things First, he said:

"He did enough to hold off Lamar like he's going to win it," Broussard said. "I think we all feel pretty confident, I think that he's going to win it." [ From 0:09]

Broussard claimed that not only the Bills superstar should be ahead of Jackson in the MVP voting but also Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley, who became the ninth player to rush for 2,000 yards during his team's 41-7 win over the Cowboys Sunday.
