How the Giants pitching rotation looks like after signing future Hall of Famer Justin Verlander
Justin Verlander is trading out one orange uniform for another. After a lengthy free agency, the future Hall of Fame pitcher signed a one-year deal for $15 million to join the San Francisco Giants.
Verlander is coming off a disappointing year in which his ERA ballooned to 5.48 and he had just a 0.7 fWAR. He hit free agency without a ton of fanfare, but the Giants swooped in to add him to their rotation.
