Former F1 driver Nico Rosberg was not thrilled with Daniel Ricciardo's post-race celebration after the Malaysian Grand Prix in 2016. The former Mercedes driver expressed his disgruntlement in the press conference after the race when asked about Ricciardo's famous 'shoey' celebration, which involves the Australian driver pouring champagne into his shoe and drinking it after he won the race.

After the race at the Sepang International Circuit in Kuala Lumpur, Ricciardo handed everyone on the podium, including Rosberg, his shoe to drink from. In the press conference featuring Ricciardo, Max Verstappen, and Rosberg, a journalist asked about him making a face after drinking from the shoe, to which the German said:

"I hope he does not win any more races this year"
