Caitlin Clark opened up about her wayward shot at the 2024 Annika tournament. The American basketball player, who is also an avid golfer, played in the Pro-Am tournament of the LPGA Tour event back in November 2024. She is known for her golf outings; however, at the 2024 Annika, she became the talk of the town after her errant shot.
While taking a tee shot, Clark mishit the ball, which went straight into the crowd in the gallery. Recently, she appeared on the Kelce brothers' popular podcast, New Heights, and opened up about her unfortunate hit at the Annika.
Kelce asked Clark about her hitting a person at Annika's Pro-Am. Replying to the host, the WNBA star player shared the details of her mishit, saying:
"Like, we're playing like, these long par threes that are, like 200 yards. I'm like, I'm not good enough to hit a par three, like 200 yards, like, so I whip out my hybrid. I'm, like, teeing up my hybrid club. Just top it, like, straight up down the third base line. But I nailed somebody on a different par three, like some woman, like, right in the shoulder, like, shoulder I saw, I saw a tick tock, like, the next day, just like black, well, on her arm, just got a black."
