Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has claimed that Kevin De Bruyne's contract situation is the club's decision and not his business. The Belgian's contract at the Etihad is set to expire in the summer and he's yet to pen a new deal.
During a press conference ahead of the clash against West Ham United on Saturday, Guardiola was asked about De Bruyne's contract situation. He said (via Fabrizio Romano):
"It’s up to the club. It’s not my business."
He added:
"It’s about how he's going to perform until the end of the season, the age that he has, and many things. I think the club has to think about it."
