Jack Flaherty recaps 2024 season with an uplifting message and heartwarming collage highlighting special moments with mom Eileen - Source: Getty
After six years in the majors, LA native Jack Flaherty found his seventh season to be the charm. The Dodgers traded for him ahead of the July deadline, allowing him to finally pitch in front of his hometown. Flaherty became a crucial part of the Dodgers' pitching rotation, which had been weakened by injuries, and went on to win his first World Series before becoming a free agent.
No one was happier than his mother, Eileen, who promptly posted a childhood picture of Flaherty in a Dodgers jersey as soon as the trade was announced.
As the year came to a close, Flaherty shared a series of photos from his season, highlighting his time with both the Dodgers and the Detroit Tigers. The collection included photos with his teammates from both teams, several with his mother Eileen, and some with his friends.
