Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans made NFL history during Sunday's 27-19 win over the New Orleans Saints. In the closing seconds of the Week 18 regular-season finale, Evans secured his 11th consecutive season on 1,000 receiving yards, joining Hall of Fame wide receiver Jerry Rice in the NFL record books.
He had support from his family who was in attendance at Raymond James Stadium. The wide receiver's wife, Ashli Evans shared photos of herself and their children at the game, celebrating his record-breaking day.
"making memories while @mikeevans is making history ❤️🥰🫶🏽🏈 @buccaneers @mikeevansfamilyfoundation," Ashli wrote on Instagram.
Ashli Evans and their four children can be seen in the photo all wearing their dad's #13 Buccaneers jersey. She also shared a video she took of the wide receiver clinching the 1,000 yards he needed to secure the record.
