Williams-bound driver Carlos Sainz has purchased a lavish Ferrari Daytona SP3 for himself ahead of the 2025 season. Sainz finished his Ferrari career earlier this year, and is set to make his Williams debut in 2025 after being replaced by Lewis Hamilton.
Sainz is all set for a fresh chapter in his career with Williams F1. The 30-year-old driver, who had signed with Ferrari as a replacement for Sebastian Vettel, concluded his journey with the Prancing Horse at the end of the 2024 campaign.
After learning he would not continue at Ferrari, Sainz was highly sought after by several teams. Offers came from Sauber/Audi and Alpine, but it was Williams’ ambitious project under team principal James Vowles that ultimately persuaded the Spaniard.
