Real Madrid and Barcelona have set their sights on a young striker (not in picture)
Real Madrid are locked in a battle with Barcelona for the services of Alan Godoy, according to journalist Manu Amor. The 21-year-old striker is currently on the books of LaLiga 2 side Eldense but wants to leave this month.
Godoy has appeared 13 times this season, mostly as a substitute, but is yet to score. He initially wanted to move to a fellow LaLiga 2 side, but interest from the LaLiga duo has apparently turned his head.
The Spanish striker has apparently turned down approaches from multiple LaLiga 2 clubs so far. Meanwhile, Real Madrid Castilla are 16th in the Primera Federacion, the third tier of Spanish football, and are in danger of relegation.
