Red Sox predicted to sign $200M free agent, per MLB insider
The Boston Red Sox have a lot to prove this upcoming season. They just watched their rivals, the New York Yankees make it all the way to the World Series after Boston missed the postseason the last three years.
They have some solid pieces coming into the 2025 season, but they are a player or two away from being a contender. Luckily for them, there are some key free agents still available.
One of the biggest free agents out there is Alex Bregman, who is projected to make $200 million, per MLB insider Mark Feinsand. He would be an excellent fit, and MLB insider Ken Rosenthal sees the two striking a deal this winter.
