The PGA Tour's new season kicks off with the Sentry 2025, beginning on Thursday, January 2, at Kapalua Resort's Plantation Course in Maui. This event marks the first of the eight Signature Events of the season.
The Sentry 2025 will feature 60 players competing for a $20 million purse over the next four days. The event will not include a 36-hole cut, meaning all players will play four rounds. The winner will receive the share of $3.6 million.
The first round of the Sentry 2025 is scheduled to start on Thursday at 7:45 am HST, with Chris Gotterup, Tom Hoge, and Adam Hadwin teeing off from the first hole. Notably, the Kapalua event will not feature split tees, so all players will begin from the first hole.
