NFL legend Tom Brady has backed Joe Burrow after the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback's performance to keep his team's playoff aspirations intact. Brady highlighted Burrow's performance in Saturday's 30-24 win over the Denver Broncos.
The Bengals QB, who signed a $275 million extension in September, completed 39 of 49 passes for 412 yards and three touchdowns. This also included a game-winning three-yard strike to Tee Higgins in overtime.
"Joe Burrow. What an incredible year this has been for Joe Burrow," Brady said on Fox Sports on Tuesday. "He threw for over 400 yards, four touchdowns on Saturday night in primetime against the Broncos. Joe, man, you kept your team's playoff hopes alive with last week's win."
