On Friday, San Antonio Spurs star Victor Wembanyama shared his thoughts on the upcoming Feb. 6 trade deadline. The French rookie expressed his views on potential changes within the Spurs as they aim for their first playoff appearance under his leadership.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), French sports journalist Maxime Aubin revealed that he had asked Wembanyama whether the Spurs should remain active before the trade deadline. Aubin described Wembanyama's response as "interesting" and shared the player's words in his tweet.
"One thing for sure: our roster won’t stay the same over the next years. Every roster change a little bit. I don’t know… I should look at those things more seriously. I’ve been focused on my game so far… But for sure, I’ll take a closer look at it," Wemby said according to Aubin's report.
