Edmonton Oilers forward Zach Hyman narrowly avoided a serious injury after taking a slapshot to the face from teammate Evan Bouchard during a 3-1 win over the Florida Panthers last week.
Although he suffered a broken nose, Hyman made a quick return to the ice on Thursday, contributing two points in the Oilers' 3-2 overtime win against the Boston Bruins while sporting a bandage on his nose.
